In this video, Dr. Jonathan Zelken, a board certified plastic surgeon from Newport Beach, CA dishes on controversy surrounding Dr. Munir Somji and Kate Middleton. On Instragram, he is showing a picture of Kate Middleton in the same pose, presumably before and after. There’s one on the left where she looked a little haggard. She’s expressive, she’s got some shadows, downward casting light and an after where she looks 10 years younger. We don’t know if the post was taken before and after or after and before. He defies law by implying that Kate Middleton is his patient, that she’s traveled to see him and that he is performing a service called Baby Botox. That is ethically a big deal. Somji claims that 90% of his patients have Baby Botox and are happy at three to four months post treatment. But Baby Botox is designed for younger patients who are preventing aging not to treat patients with deep wrinkles. So of course, at three to four months, if you’re trying to prevent wrinkles, you’re going to be happy. Botox lasts for three to four months.
