Patient 7: 30-year-old woman of middle Eastern descent before, and 4 months after revision rhinoplasty for airway reconstruction. This patient lost all support in her nose after a previous procedure leading to significant deviation to the right and tip drooping. She also could not breathe through her nose due to internal collapse. She also had a persistent dorsal hump. Because septum had been previously harvested, a rib graft was necessary to complete the job. On that note, a sizeable septal perforation was present, requiring placement of cadaver skin and soft tissue rearrangement to close the defect.
