Patient 6: 32-year-old Caucasian man before, and 3 months after post-traumatic rhinoplasty for airway reconstruction. This patient lost all support in his nose after multiple previous fractures leading to significant flattening of the midvault and tip bulbosity. He also could not breathe through his nose due to internal collapse. The septum was used to straighten the dorsum and widen the internal airway.
