Patient 5: 44-year-old Caucasian woman before, and 4 months after revision rhinoplasty for airway reconstruction. This patient lost all support in her nose after multiple previous procedures leading to significant flattening of the midvault and tip drooping. She also could not breathe through her nose due to internal collapse. Because septum had been previously harvested, a rib graft was necessary to complete the job. A lip lift was performed in a later stage to further harmonize her face.
